Children's treasure hunts

The Vermeer Centrum Delft has various interactive treasure hunts for children. This makes a visit to the centre even more fun and educational.

There are treasure hunts for children of different ages:

• Treasure hunt for 4-6 year olds
• Treasure hunt for 6-9 year olds
• Treasure hunt for 9-12 year olds

The treasure hunts take the children through the centre with a questionnaire, a clipboard and a pencil.

The treasure hunts are an educational and challenging way to learn more about the painter Johannes Vermeer and are designed to teach children how to look at art. The tasks are fairly simple for younger children. For older children, the tasks become increasingly challenging. When they hand in their completed treasure hunt at the desk, children receive a surprise.

Treasure hunts can be requested at the desk and are available in four languages (Dutch, English, German and French).

The treasure hunts are free of charge.
