The Vermeer Centrum Delft is looking for new enthusiastic volunteers who would like to receive visitors.

The position as a volunteer you inform visitors about the Vermeer Centrum Delft and specifically about Johannes Vermeer. Of course you will encourage visitors to go into the information centre. You will also take care of shop sales. In addition to that you will serve the guests drinks in café Mechelen. The Vermeer Centrum Delft is open every day from 10.00 am to 5 pm. These days are divided into three shifts: the morning shift from 9.45 am - 1.30 pm, in between shift from 12.00 am - 4.00 pm and the afternoon shift from 1.15 pm - 5.15 pm. Two or three volunteers will be allocated to each shift.

Profile

• You speak at least two foreign languages;
• You look presentable;
• You do at least one shift per week;
• It is an advantage if you have an affinity to art and culture, Delft and are willing to learn about the master-painter Johannes Vermeer.
